To place an order, you need to follow the procedure stated on the site. Once you successfully placed an order, you will receive an e-mail. This e-mail is the confirmation that we received your order. You have the right to cancel the order within one hour if you suffer buyer’s remorse. After that hour has passed, your order is in transit, and you will receive the confirmation of acceptance which thereby constitutes a binding agreement.
For the purpose of ordering the products through our webshop, it is necessary to conduct registration, by providing correct, accurate and complete data. Story No. 9 cannot be held responsible for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error. You are solely responsible for your information and agree to maintain accurate, current and complete information such as name, pick-up location, address, phone number etc. If misdelivery is caused by incorrect information, then we recommend you to contact FedEx or third-party logistics directly.
All prices on the international site are in British Pounds (GBP) or EURO (EUR) and are inclusive Danish VAT of 25 %.
In Story No. 9’s webshop, you can pay with PayPal and following credit cards: VISA, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, and American Express. Your payment will be processed over an SSL-encrypted connection and PCI-certified server environments. Your data can never be seen, or accessed by anyone, other than you as a customer – and NETS as the acquirer. By this, the payments meet all applicable standards and laws.
Most of our books arrive in 7-12 business days with a trackable delivery method. All shipping times do not include weekends and holidays and might vary, depending on your location and your respective shipping carrier. Click here to get estimated delivery dates for shipping your custom book.
Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer's own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent.
We strive to deliver within the estimated delivery date. In the event that delay occurs as a result of Story No. 9’s control, then we are obligated to inform you and indicate the expected duration of the delay. The parties shall then determinate a new delivery date. Story No. 9 will not be held responsible for any delay or failure from FedEx or third-party logistics.
Delivery of Digital Products
Our digital books are delivered via two e-mail addresses (yours and the recipient). You will first receive an order confirmation via your e-mail, and then an additional e-mail to both you and the recipient, which contains a link to download your personal digital book. Delivery time is a maximum of 5 minutes. Note: We recommend that you order physical books and digital books separately. If you do not receive them within 5 minutes, then contact us immediately.
We create products just for you and your loved ones. Due to the nature of customization and personalization, our books are not returnable. You shall have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour or within the following circumstance: If we have failed to deliver the order within 30 days after you placed the order, however, Story No. 9 will not be held responsible for inaccurate transcription of customer’s entry information, or failure from FedEx or third-party logistics.
You are solely responsible for the personal content, such as names and message. If you discover typos, grammar, unfurnished text or other errors, these can be edited within 1 hour. After that hour has passed, the order is ready for printing and binding, and you will no longer be able to cancel or change the books. We strongly recommend you to review the book carefully before placing the order.
The purchase is subject to sales law, that allows you to have a defective item repaired, exchanged, to receive money back or receive a reduction in price, depending on the situation within 24 months. The claim must be justified and any deficiencies must not have arisen as the result of the incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviors that may cause damage.
Damaged or defective items
In the event that the product arrives damaged, material manufacturing defect, please contact us via our RMA within 7 days after the receipt of your items, and follow the instructions on how to receive full compensation or a new book, without sending back the defective product. Be aware that a defective products attorney will evaluate your case and all supporting evidence to determine the products defect.

Information will never be disclosed to a third party unless this occurs in connection with restructuring or the entire or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in this situation will be in accordance with the personal data laws that exist at the time. This data will be saved, along with information about which products you bought, for 5 years from the end of the financial year the information relates to, after which time the information will be deleted.
As a customer, you have the option of insight into our registration of data about you and you can raise an objection to registration in accordance to [email protected], with the rules about this in the law on the treatment of personal registration.
