How much does a book cost?
Digital: £4.95 / €5.95 / 39 kr.
Softcover: £19.95 / €21.95 / 159 kr.
Hardcover: £22.95 / €24.95 / 189 kr.
What is the difference between softcover and hardcover books?
Hardcover is books are printed with thick and protective cover, such as cookbooks, in order to tolerate food scraps.
Softcover is the books you carry with you everywhere – such as a travel book. It’s unusually lightweight and made of thinner paper.
What size are the love books?
All of our books (hardcover, softcover and digital) are 140x140 mm. It's a little square book with great love for the recipient.
How are books made?
All books are hand drawn and written by the founder, Nhi Do, and re-illustrated by creative souls worldwide. We produce one book at a time in the Netherlands.
Is it possible to change the story?
You cannot change the story of Bookseries No. 9. Instead, we have a variety of stories, where you customize two names, choose a preferred artist style and add a personal message.
How will my complete book look like?
We integrated a program in our webshop, that allows you to preview the entire book (front, back, and inner pages). While previewing your book, please make sure everything is exactly how you want it to be :)
Can I write a personal message?
Of course, you have 100 characters to write a lovely note :)
Can I make the book in another language?
Even if we are a Danish company, we decided to keep our books in English, using very simple quotes and illustrations that allows the universal language of love to be understood by everyone despite language and culture.
How long does it take for my love book to arrive?
Most of our books arrive in 7 to 12 business days, but this does not include weekends and holidays, and might vary, depending on your location and your respective shipping carrier. Click here to get estimated delivery dates for your personalized gift book.
I want to send a gift directly to the recipient - how about pricing information?
It’s likely that our books will be sent directly to the recipient, and therefore we never include the receipt or pricing information with the shipment. Instead, this will be sent to your e-mail.
It’s urgent, which option is the fastest shipping option?
You can choose our digital solution which allows you to surprise your beloved ones with an unexpected e-mail. Delivery is within a few minutes :)
Late or missing orders?
We strive to deliver within the estimated delivery date, but if our production causes any delays, we will contact you and determinate a new delivery date. You can view the tracking information for your shipment by logging into your account, and click under Tracking ID. For issues that are out of Story No. 9's control, try to contact FedEx or third-party logistics directly. Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer's own risk because there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent.
Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
This is too tricky for our system, and therefore not possible. We kindly suggest you to place separate orders for each location.
Can I edit my address, after I placed an order?
You can still change the delivery address within 1 hour by logging into your account. Otherwise, contact us immediately, and we will help you out. Remember, we are not able to change your delivery address if your order is already packed and sent.
I can't sign into my Story No. 9 account, what to do?
If you forgot your password, we will send you a new one. If you believe that it’s a technical error, then let us know. We will ask for technical support to solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
