It is a payment service provider that requires data security of payments and thereby ensure that all sensitive information such as your contact information, debit/credit card information and shipping address, will be protected throughout the payment process.
PCI DSS is a tool to minimize card fraud in online purchases through various of scanning before approving the final purchase. Note that the "Story No. 9" will be the name that appears on your card statement.
